I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. My room was well-equipped, including a comfortable bed. The staff were helpful with directions.

the room was super clean, i noticed. the bed was also huge and comfy. the shower had good water temperature and pressure. the staff is amazing and friendly, really.

i had an issue. the hotel location isn't great and it's far from main road. the price fluctuates constantly during the high season. the management overcharges loyal customers.

Really good Service and Comfortable Stay

helpful staff shuttle service

The reception staff were cute and helpful. The hotel provides an hourly shuttle to Terminal 21 and Central Festival. I appreciated this service a lot as it made it easy to get around. The room was a good size, providing enough space for a longer stay.

The noise from the street was noticeable at times. I found it somewhat disruptive particularly during the night.
